Y.H. Park began training in taekwondo as a small boy in Korea. Master Park came to the United States in 1980 and opened the first of his four taekwondo schools. In 1988 he was the Coach of the US Olympic Taekwondo Team, which traveled to Seoul, Korea, and won the gold medal. In 1991 Master Park served as Head Coach of the United States Pan American Games Team – they also came back with gold medals. Currently Master Park teaches at his four schools.
