No tools or assembly required. Break Mate holds up to six standard 12" wide wood boards held by an elastic strap or placed on the ground for heavy downward strikes.   Designed to keep the boards from flying into the holder's face, the broken boards tend to stay in the cavity so that they also do not fall on top of the holder's feet.   Cushion grip handles absorb impact so that the holder feels little or no pressure. Handles are also set behind the unit so that the fingers are TOTALLY protected.
