Lisa King is a full contact Muay Thai fighter who has studied Muay Thai for the past nine years under the direction of three Muay Thai Masters. She not only fights, but teaches, ring announces and commentates for Muay Thai events.

She has traveled to Thailand to further advance her fighting skills. Four Volume titles to choose from. Available only on DVD.

Volume 1: Muay Thai Basics Warmup exercises, the basics to breathing and where to position your eyes when delivering Muay Thai techniques. Clear direction for footwork placement and boxing techniques on pads will be demonstrated. Approx. 80 min. #LISAD-V01
